FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 7,500 SQ. FT. MINIMUM LOT SIZE)
ZONE TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH SINGLE-FAMILY

FINDING:
The Planning Commission finds as follows with respect to this application.
1. Technical compliance with the low density designation of the
General Plan does not, in• and of itself,- warrant approval of
the proposed application. The applicant's proposal would be
1 inconsistent with the established minimum lot size of the
surrounding single-family neighborhood, and would therefore
be detrimental to the area.
2. The recommendation of denial of Application 6-Z-81 automatically recommends
denial of Applications 3-TM-81 and 11-U-81.
