OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REVISION TO THE ORIGINAL
Ill ZONING PLAN TO PERMIT EXTENSION OF REAR YARD FENCES
INTO THE COMMON AREA.

LOCATION: Terminus of Scenic Boulevard adjacent to the Stevens Creek Flood Plain
C ONDITIONS:
1. That the Covenants , Conditions and Restrictions of Tract No. 5915 be properly
amended to allow the homeowners association to grant said easements as
suggested in the letter from Mr. Robert M. Cavallaro, Branch Attorney for
Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation dated April 4, 1978.
2. That the approval is for the modification of fence locations on Lots 19 through
27 as submitted by the applicant. The fence adjustment on Lot 6 is not
approved. The applicant shall submit a revised plan which reflects the
Exhibit A-1 as approved by the Planning Commission. The revised plan should
reflect the original intent of maintaining the view corridor through Lots 6
and 7 to the common open space area beyond.
3. The easements shall be approved by the homeowners association.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
