Resolution No. 1670 (continued) • .
Additionally, the agreement shall state that the applicant will provide
III reciprocal parking and ingress/egress easements with the adjoining
Catholic Church property at such time as the owner of the St. Joseph's
Catholic Church dedicates and/or improves the church frontage along
North De Anza Boulevard and agrees to provide reciprocal parking and
ingress/egress easements to the applicant. The agreement should state
that it is understood that said easements are to be mutually agreeable
to both parties. The precise location of said ingress/egress easements
with the Church property to the north and east shall be determined and
based upon future negotiations concerning an enlarged right-of-way area
and the most logical location of major driveway entrances off of said

applicant shall provide a 50 ft. landscape setback from Stevens Creek
Boulevard in which no circulation or parking shall be permitted. It
is permissible to allow the building to encroach into the 50 ft. land-

411 changes in the site plan to accommodate the above provisions and to
provide for a more logical circulation system.
