S OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
REQUESTING THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE TO REQUIRE THE PLACEMENT OF. CONIFEROUS
TREES IN THE LANDSCAPING BED SEPARATING THE COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED BY APPLICATION 3-Z-77/3-U-77 FROM
THE ADJOINING RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. SAID TREES SHOULD
BE SPACED SO AS TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE VISUAL BARRIER.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1977, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
