WHEREAS, the Planning Ccmmnission of the City of Oapertino has received an
application for a change of zone or prezoning, as described on Page 2 of
this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with
the Procedural Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning
Commission has held one or acre Public Hearings on the subject
application; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Omnnissicn finds that the subject change of zone or
prezone meets the following regaire ents:
1) Encourages the most appropriate use of land
2) Conserves and stabilizes the value of property.
3) Provides for adequate access to light and air.
4) Permits adequate control of fires.
5) Protects public health, safety and welfare.
6) Prtianotes the orderly development of the City.
7) Benefits the property and improvements in the zoning district and
neighborhood in which the pLmperty is located.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for change of
zone or prezone is hereby recoarerxied for approval; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified
in this Resolution are based upon are contained in the Public Hearing
record concerning Application 3-Z-87 as set forth in the Minutes of the
Planning Commission meeting of April 13, 1987, and are incorporated by
reference as though fully set forth herein.
