OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR
APPROXIMATELY .21 ACRES FROM R3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH GENERAL
COMMERCIAL INTENT) .

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of October 10, 1977 .
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the
special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the applicant 'shall incorporate a minimum 10 ft. of private landscaping
® along the easterly property line to be added to 5 ft. of public area, and to
be densely planted subject to the review and approval of the Architectural
and Site Approval Committee.
16. The applicant shall prepare an acoustical study which analyzes the impact
of the subject development on the adjoining single-family homes which shall
• be presented to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. Said report
shall determine appropriate acoustical mitigation measures including the
height and location of a masonry wall along the easterly property line.
17 . This approval is for a 1,540 sq. ft. building and a minimum of 12 parking
stalls to be utilized as a Donut Shop facility.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1977, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
