RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR
4.73 ACRES FROM CG (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO P (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT WITH COMMERCIAL INTENT) .

LOCATION: Southwest corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard
and Portal Avenue. •
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of 19-Z-77 as may be
modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the approval is for a 14,000 sq. ft. General Commercial store and
a 14,500 sq. ft. fabric shop, and a future undetermined commercial
building not to exceed 18,500 sq. ft. Any new use or change in use
® shall require use permit approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1977, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
