18. The applicant shall provide an independent analysis evaluating the typical
percentage of storage provided in retail facilities which spall be se fed -
gay the City Engineer. The trip calculations and square footage limitations
in Condition 17 shall be modified to the satisfaction of the Cita Engineer.
