SECTION I. FINDINGS
EAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an
application for a Tentative Parcel Map, as described on Page 2 of this
Resolution; and
the necessary public notices have been given as required by the
Subdivision and Procedural Ordinances of the City of moo, and the
Planning Ccmuission has held at lease one Public Hearing in regard to the
application; as
WHMEAS, the Planning Commission diinds that the application neets the
folladng requirements o
a) That the. proposed 'parcel map is consistent with the City
of Cupertino Ckeneral Plan and with any applicable Specific Plano
b) That the design or iuprovement of the pose subdivision is
consistent with the General planand any applicable Specific Plano
c) 't the site is physically suitable for the type and intensity of
development contemplated under the approved subdivision.
d) That the design of the subdivision, or the proposed iuprovements, are
not - limey to cause substantial ear mental damage nor
substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their
habitat.
e) That the design
design of subdivision or the type of iuprcvemen
associated therewith are not detrimntal to the health, safety,.
peace, morals and general welfare ofresiding or working in
the vicinity of tie subdivision.
f) That the design of the subdivision and its associated improvements
will not conflict with easements a the public at large for

NOW, THEREMPEP BE IT RESOLVED:
That upon careful consideration of -maps, omits, facts, ny and
ogler evidence Witted in this matter, the application for Tentative
Parcel Map' is hereby r ed for approval, subjto the conditions
enumerated in this Resolution beginning on Page 2 thereof; and
