1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with
the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is granted based upon Exhibits A, Z 1st Rev. C, C-1, C-2, C-3,
C-4, C -S, C-6, D 1st Revision thru D-3 Ist Revision, IL-4 of 6-Z-78 as may be
amended by additional conditions contained hcrcin.,
16. The Architectural and Site .'approval Committee shall review the final
design arealocation of acoustical barriers ou the Stevens Creek Boule-
vard and California 0ak street frontage. The wail height and location
shall comply with the acoustical attenuation recommendations contained
within the Acoustical Consultants Incorporated report dated
February 23, 1978. The Committee shall have the authority to make site
design changes relative to sound wall placement which may result in
minor (0-5°) shifts in the location of private drives and building cones,.
17. The fencing of the westerly and northerly property line shall be reviewed
and approved by the Architectural and Site Approval. Committee. The
fencing design shall be of an open type to be compatible with the open,,
natural terrain of the immediate adjoining properties.
%V, Driveway aprons shall contain a minimum of 25 lineal feet between building
line and edge of private roadways and joint driveways. A minimum of 36
guest parking spaces shall be provided in addition to garage and driveway
apron spaces. The Architectural and Site Approval Committze shall approve
ha location sof said spaces. The privaite roadway may be widened from 24 ft.
to 30 ft.. in certain segments to :provide curb parking to satisfy the guest
parking requirement.
'9. The California Oak entrance shall be open to non -emergency traffic. The
sound wall/perimeter fence near the driveway entrance shall provide fcr
adequate site distance.
20. The use of security gates for the development is optional. If security
gates are to be installed, a turn -around space shall be provided V t:ernal.
