NOW, nEWME, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for Use Permit is hereby, recommended for denial by the City Council of the City of Cupertino; and BE IT FURMM RESOLVED: That the s,*concnusions upon which the :ftnlings specified in this Resolution are based are contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application io-U-89 as set forth in the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Planning cmmission meeting of June 15, 1989 and are incorporated by refE--esce as duxxjh fully set forth herein.
