Reso 199721 -TM -79 RESOLUTION NO. 1997 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPE.RTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE NAP TO ASSEMBLE LOTS AND DEFINE NEW LOT BOUNDARIES FOLLOWING THE ABANDONMENT OF A SEGMENT OF ALHAMBRA AVENUE. APPLICANT: REX Associates ADDRESS: 10040 Alhambra Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: September 7, 1979 LOCATION: Northwest corner of Highway 85 and Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of October 8, 1979. SCONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. Ia the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision of Application 21-T:1-79 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The approval is granted contingent upon the annexation of affected properties into the City of Cupertino and a subsequent City Council approval to abandon Alhambra Avenue southerly of its intersection with Santa Clara Avenue. 17. A reciprocal off-street parking and circulation easement including a • provision for maintenance, shall be executed by the property owners of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Tentative :Sap Application 21 -TN -79. 18. The applicant shall install a landscaped barrier separating the proposed parking, lot on the abandoned section of Alhambra Avenue from Santa Clara Avenue.
