OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A CHILD CARE
FACILITY AT AN EXISTING CHURCH SITE

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and the
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting of November 12, 1985.
CONDITIONS:
1-15.STANDARD CONDITIONS
V Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with
the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
apply.
16. APPROVED CONDITIONS
That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A of
Application 41-U-85 except as may be amended by special conditions
enumerated herein.
17. USE LIMITATION
This use permit authorizes -the operation of a day care facility for
a maximum enrollment of 36 children, supervised by up to six staff
'. members. Hours of operation for the day care facility shall be 7:00
AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday inclusive.
18. PRIOR CONDITIONS
The approved use permit supersedes Condition 17 (c) of Planning
Commission Resolution 1503 by allowing child care without
concurrent religious activity on the church premises. All other
conditions of said Resolution shall remain in full force and
effect.

of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
