We believe the following amendment to condition 19 of
planning commission resolution number 2407 is agreeable to
the Bethel Lutheran Church (applicant) and the Brookdale
Estates Homeowners Association.
19. The southerly portions of the site shall be developed with
perimeter landscaping and grass turf areas. The perimeter
landscaping shall be maintaindd at a minimum of 10 ft. in
width from the ground up to a minimum height of 10 ft. and
shall consist of the following materials:
East and West side of Southerly Lot
Photinia Fraseri — 5 ft. on center, 5 gallon size.
Southerly Property Line
Photinia Fraseri — 5 ft. on center, 5 gallon size.
Southwest Corner
A cluster of three 15 gallon Coast Redwoods at this corner.
The play yard areas shall be moved a minimum of 10 ft. from
the property line to provide a buffer from the adjoining
single—family lot. Additionally, the taller play equipment
shall be located as far from the common property line as
possible subject to staff review at the building permit
level.
