FINDINGS:
1j Reduction of the northerly setback is predicated on the assumption that the subject site,
and the project approved on the adjacent site to the north will be built simultaneously,
obviating the need for a maintenance corridor.
2) The. requested changes constitute a minor modification of the approved Use Permit as
provided. in Condition 15 of 23-U-87, since there will be no increase in building area or
distribution of floor space.
