Reso 1849 15-U-77 (Revised) RESOLUTION NO. 1849 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A REVISION OF A USE PERMIT 15-U-77 TO EXPAND A RESTAURANT BY APPROXIMATELY 800 SQ. FT. AND P CORRESPONDING SEATING CAPACITY BY 40 SEATS. APPLICANT: Sobrato-Berg Properties ADDRESS: 20700 Valley Green, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: May 17, 1978 LOCATION: Northeast corner of north De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Avenue Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of June 12, 1978. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15 . That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 15-U-77 (revised) and the previously approved conditions of Application 15-U-77 as listed in Resolution No. 1715, as amended by the City Council, and as may be additionally modified by conditions contained herein. 16. The land use intensity shall be limited to an intensity that will not generate more than 16 one-way trips per acre during the peak traffic hour. For the purposes of the 16 one-way trip Traffic Intensity Performance Standard, the following accounting of trips is hereby incorporated in the project approval. This condition supersedes the trip accounting described in Condition 16 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1837 of Use Permit 4-U-78. That the approval is for the expansion Of an existing restaurant facility by approximately 800 sq. ft. to a maximum of 9,600 sq. ft. and a reduction in the planned square footage for a bank facility from the previously approved 4,700 sq. ft. building to a maximum allowable of 3,540 sq. ft.. 18. The applicant shall designate one or more of the existing parking spaces located in the terminus of the parking aisle, located to the north of the restaurant, for use as a vehicle turn around area.
