RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A REVISION OF A USE
PERMIT 15-U-77 TO EXPAND A RESTAURANT BY APPROXIMATELY
300 SQ. FT. AND CORRESPONDING SEATING CAPACITY BY
15 SEATS.

Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusion as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of November 26, 1979.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the
• special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision, B 1st Revision and
B-1 1st Revision of Application 15-U-77 (Revised) and the previously approved
conditions of Application 15-U-77 as listed in Resolutions No. 1715 and 1849,
as amended by the City Council, and as may be additionally modified by conditions
contained herein.
16. The land use intensity shall be limited to an intensity that will not generate
more than 16 one-way trips per acre during the peak traffic hour. For the
purposes of the 16 one-way trip Traffic Intensity Performance Standard, the
following 'accounting of trips is hereby incorporated in the project approval.
This condition supersedes the trip accounting described in Condition 16 of
Planning Commission Resolution No. 1849 of Use Permit 15-U-77 and Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1837 of Use Permit 4-U-78.

17. That the approval is for the expansion of an existing restaurant facility
by approximately 300 sq. ft. to a maximum of 9,900 sq, ft. and a reduction
in the planned square footage for a bank facility from the previously
approved, 3,540 sq. ft. building to a maximum allowable of 3,400 sq. ft.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
