OF THE PLANNING CESSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MINOR MODIFICATION TO THE MASTER
USE PERMIT APPLICATION (20-U-86) FOR AN EXISTING SHOPPING CENTER
FINDINGS:
The Planning Commission finds that the modifications as approved herein,
are minor in nature and do not significantly alter the intent of the
Master Use Permit 20 U-86.
The Commission finds that the modifications will not affect the interests
of the property owners in the vicinity.
The Commission finds that the modifications will not intensify use of the
shopping center and will not alter the existing parking situation.
CONDITIONS:
1. APPROVED EXHIBITS
The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A and B of
Application 11 U-87, except as may be amended by the Conditions
® contained in this Resolution.
2. RESTAURANT SEATING
The total number of restaurant seats at the center shall not exceed
800 as stated in Condition 3 of Application 20-U-86
3. PRIOR CONDITIONS:
All conditions imposed upon Application 20-U-86 shall remain in
effect.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino by the following roll call
vote:
