RESOLUTION NO. 2187
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
1111 OF CUPERTINO FINDING THAT THE SIGN PROGRAM
PROHIBITING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES (OVER 3 TONS)
FROM USING THE VALLCO FASHION PLAZA PFRIMETER
ROAD IS EFFECTIVE.

LOCATION: West side of Wolfe Road between Highway 280 and Stevens Creek Boulevard
Therefore, the Planning Commission recommends that the City Council reaffirm
its March 17, 1980 amendment of Condition 30 of 6-U-73.
30. Commercial vehicles exceeding three (3) tons shall be prohibited
from utilizing the reach of the perimeter road and Vallco Parkway
denoted on Figure 1 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2046.
A City-approved signing program shall be used in lieu of elevated
barriers to implement the prohibition. If Vallco Park elects to .
rescind the agreement for vehicle code enforcement on said roadways,
truck barriers shall he installed.
1111 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 1981, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
