OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING REZONING APPROXIMATELY 1.87 ACRES FROM
P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH RECREATIONAL/ENTERTAINMENT
AND RELATED COMMERCIAL INTENT) TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WITH RECREATIONAL/ENTERTAINMENT AND LIMITED COMMERCIAL
INTENT) .

LOCATION: Southeast quadrant of the intersection of Stelling Road and Homestead
Road.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A and B 1st Revision of
Application 13-Z-77 and Exhibit A 3rd Revision of Application 15-U-74,
as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the allowable land uses shall be as follows:

A. Billiard Rooms
Bowling Alley or SkatingRink
Coin Operated Amusements
Health Spas
Specialized Schools (such as dance schools, karate schools, swim schools)
Swimming Academies
Tennis Courts, Handball, Squash Courts (indoor)
Sit-down Restaurants
Incidental Commercial uses as listed in Exhibit B 1st Revision
B. Other uses which in the opinion of the Planning Commission are
consistent with the character of the uses listed above and are
consistent with the character of the neighborhood.
17. Every proposed use or change in use shall require an individual use
permit application.
18. That the location, configuration and sizes of Buildings A-D are approved
in concept. A more specific plan shall be evaluated in conjunction with
individual use permit applications.
19. The use permit granted under Application 9-U-77 (Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1695) for the construction of 11,600 sq. ft. of building
area shall remain in full force and effect under the subject zoning
change.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1977, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
