OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
FINDING THAT THE CHANGES TO THE SECOND PHASE OF THE
CITY CENTER PROJECT TO BE MINOR.

Findings:
The Planning Commission finds the following:
1. The changes to the roof equipment screen and truck
loading dock area for office building II of the second
phase of the City Center project is minor in nature.
The height size bulk and architectural detailing is
otherwise similar to that approved by the Planning
Commission in conjunction with Application 18-U-84.
2. The changes to the residential structure represent
detailing changes which are consistent with height, size
and bulk of the buildings originally presented in
conjunction with the Use Permit..
3. The Commission does approve the changes to the
amphitheater space per Exhibit C-7 1st Revision. •
The Planning Commission authorizes the Planning Director to
approve the above referenced minor amendments upon application
for building permits based upon Exhibits B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, C-1,
•C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6, C-7 1st Revision, C-8, D-1, D-2, D-3,
D-4, D-5, D-6, D-7, F-1, F-2 and F-3 of Application 18-U-84.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April, 1985, at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Mackenzie, Sorensen, Szabo, and
Chairman Claudy
