RECOMMENDING A REVISION OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT

Rewording of Condition 16 of Application 25-Z-80 per City Clerk's
Letter dated August 19, 1982.
Condition 16:
The approval permits construction of a 'maximum of 419 dwellings
consisting of six (6) to eleven (11) (including existing
dwelling) dwellings located on the 40+ acre site designated
"retained property" and 408-413 dwellings located on the balance
of the property. The final dwelling unit yield and mix of
dwelling unit types shall be determined by the City in
conjunction with a subsequent use permit review_ The
determination will be based upon a finding that the total all -day
traffic generated by the development will not exceed 3,860
all -day trips. The total trip generation for the development is
controlled by establishing the maximum number of bedrooms for the
project. The total bedroom count for the project (excluding the
40+ acres outside of the Interland Development project) shall not
exceed 1,360_

adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of
Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll -call vote:
