1-1.4. Standard Conditions tp the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions ener_eraced herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
I5. the approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, C,'D and E of Application
23-131-79 as may be amended by.additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the approval allows office and commercial uses as normally permitted
in the General Commercial zoning district. All uses requiring a use
permit in the General Commercial zoning district shall require use
permit review.
17. The applicant shall record a cover.'ant agreeing to provide reciprocal
ingress/egress driveways with the adjoining properties at such time
in the future as the City can require the same of the adjoining
property owners_

_8. The mini=on front setback distance for building A shall be f3 feet
measured from property line (Stevens Creek Boulevard right of way
line). the intent of this of this condition is to maintain visual
access into the adjoining :Key Chevrolet facility from westbound
motor vehicles utilizing Stevens Creek Boulevard.' For the purpose
of this condition, the setback regulation shall apply to the front
building line including architectural appurtenances, exclusive of
roof overhangs which block visual access.
