Reso 1695 9-U-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1695 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 11,620 SQ. FT. BUILDING ADDITION TO THE EXISTING HOMESTEAD CENTER APPLICANT: Starcrest Investors, Inc. ADDRESS: P. 0. Box 6088, San Jose, California 95150 SUBMITTED: April 14, 1977 LOCATION: Southeast corner of the intersection of Stelling Rd. and Homestead Rd. ZONE: P (Planned Development with recreational entertainment and related commercial intent) Conditions : 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A and B of Application 9-U-77, as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. That the location, configuration, and size of the remaining building indicated as future development on Exhibit A is approved in concept. A more specific plan shall be evaluated in conjunction with an 110 individual use permit application. 17. The applicant may designate the parking area located easterly of the proposed 11,620 sq. ft. building as parking for employees only. The parking dimensions shall be modified to provide for a minimum of 27 ft. of backup space. Parking spaces located to the west and north of the building shall equal a minimum width of 91/2 ft.
