OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A,.MODIFICATION OF A USE
PERMIT TO CONVERT EXISTING SELF-SERVE GASOLINE STATION
TO POST-PAY DESIGN.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of March 14, 1977
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision and B, as may be‘:
modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the property owner shall sign a statement agreeing to grant a
reciprocal driveway and parking easement to the property to the east
which will be initiated at such time the City can obtain the same
reciprocal easements of the adjacent property owner to the east.
17. That at the end of a twelve-month period, the City shall reserve the
right to review the stacking and waiting time of the drive-up cashier
window and require its deletion should it find idling to be detrimental
to the health of customers and adjacent residents .
18. The City shall have the right to conduct a public hearing to consider
closure of one or more of the driveway openings on Stevens Creek
Boulevard should the City Engineer determine that the operation of
the facility creates a traffic conflict on Stevens Creek Boulevard
and/or Blaney Avenue.
