RESOLUTION NO. 1527
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO
SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 1.1 ACRES INTO FOUR SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS.

SUBMITTED: April 12, 1976
LOCATION: Within the southwest corner of the intersection of Janice Ave.
and Stevens Creek Blvd.
ACREAGE: 1.1+ acres
FURTHER FINDINGS :
1. That the tentative map is consistent with the General Plan.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of 12-TM-76, as may be
modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That a reciprocal driveway easement shall be prepared to ensure
joint use of the flag corridor of Lot 2 for driveway use for owners
of Lots 2 and 1.
17. That the front yard of Lot 1 shall be the south property line.
18. The approval is based upon a subsequent abandonment of Bellevue
Avenue and portions of Janice Avenue (formerly Palo Vista Avenue) .
Said abandonment shall be approved prior to recordation of the
final map.
19. The applicant shall install a sound wall and landscaping of the
same design as approved and installed on the Stevens Creek frontage
of Tract 5550.

of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
