PC Reso 1527 12-TM-76 RESOLUTION NO. 1527 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 1.1 ACRES INTO FOUR SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS. APPLICANT: Dividend Industries ADDRESS: 3600 Pruneridge Ave. , Santa Clara, California 95051 SUBMITTED: April 12, 1976 LOCATION: Within the southwest corner of the intersection of Janice Ave. and Stevens Creek Blvd. ACREAGE: 1.1+ acres FURTHER FINDINGS : 1. That the tentative map is consistent with the General Plan. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of 12-TM-76, as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. That a reciprocal driveway easement shall be prepared to ensure joint use of the flag corridor of Lot 2 for driveway use for owners of Lots 2 and 1. 17. That the front yard of Lot 1 shall be the south property line. 18. The approval is based upon a subsequent abandonment of Bellevue Avenue and portions of Janice Avenue (formerly Palo Vista Avenue) . Said abandonment shall be approved prior to recordation of the final map. 19. The applicant shall install a sound wall and landscaping of the same design as approved and installed on the Stevens Creek frontage of Tract 5550.
