MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING:
September 13, 2004 Raviv motions to approve minutes, Weng seconds. Motion passes unanimously.
COMMUNICATIONS
a) Oral - none
b) Written - E-mail read from Nancy Bennett, Recreation Coordinator, regarding the Library Grand
Opening.
NEW BUSINESS
a) Speakerg-Rodney Brown from the Parks and Recreation Commission gave an overview of the
issues that his commission is working on and Charlon Mcintosh from the Telecommunications
Commission shared information her commission.
b) Library Opening - Saturday, October 30th, 9 am - 4 pm-Commission decided to help with the
Library Opening and signed-up for job tasks-Nancy Bennett will follow-up
c) Yak Attack - 3/5/05-Commissioners marked their calendars for this event.
d) BAY AG - who wants to represent us? Commissioners Raviv and Zafar volunteered
e) Goals-no decisions made
MISCELLANEOUS-NO ACTION REQUIRED
a) Commissioner Report -Chair Mertol 9ave a report on attending the Mayor's Tea.
b) Staff Report -None
