Playground - keep that and update as you think fit. 2. Pond - I would like to see the pond with water in it.Perhaps to save water and discourage the ducks, you could reduce the size considerably and just keep smaller areas. I'm thinking keep the river channel by the picnic area, the area close tothe gazebo and the channel that goes around the stage. 3. Grassy Areas - Try some ground cover that is not grass that can withstand some wear and tear but not require too much water.Those are my thoughts. Regards, Sonja Cook
