The Planning CommIssion followed the outline point by pOlnt.
The City Attorney suggested that an additIonal step be In-
cluded, namely, that the applicant be required to sign a
stateIænt that he will appear and support ius application
on the dat~scheduled. This would be done at the time of
submitting the application. Further consideration of the
checklist was scheduled by a committee composed of Comm-
lssioners Fitch, Leonard, and Rampy.
Recreation Report and Resolution #1 of the Recreation
Commission supportlng the report was referred to a comm-
ittee composed of Commissioners Adamo, Eagar, Small, and
Snyder.
Building Inspector: Checklist for commercial and indus-
trial buildings, also a plan checkshcet and a correction
sheet for R-l, R-2 and R-3.

A. Revlew of Neighborhood Plans
The Chairman introduced the proposed Planning Commisslon letter
of November 26 invitlng varlOUS offlclals to participate in a
study session on Cupertino City finances, wlth a suggested
agenda comprising 12 topics and listing varlous offlce holders
to participate In each of the topics llsted.

Moved by Commissioner Fitch that the finance memo be submitted
to the City Council suggestlng that such a meetlng be called
for December 14, 196; Seconded by Comm~ssioner Snyder.

mous in favor of Mr. Small; Seconded by Commlssioner Bagar.
