seconded by Commissioner Bell and carried 4 - O.
2. The status of the access streets to Highway 9 from the
Rodrigues subdivision appears to be in doubt. It is not
certain what has been dedicated for street use and what had
been accepted by the County. Mr. Saich reported that,
according to his information, only one street had been
accepted. Comoissioner Bell reported that the parking lines
on the access road in question are marked to the very edge of
the road. He saw three alternatives at the moment, that is,
providing a curb, making it a one-way street with access from
Scofield, or opening Sunrise onto the Highway. Chairman
Leonard suggested the matter be tabled until further informa-
tion could be brought to bear and it was so moved bY Commis-
sioner Bell; seconded by Commissioner Cali and carried 4 - O.
Attorney Anderson added that his information indicated that
Scofield was the only street accepted by the County, that the
alley was not accepted.

that three Cupertino stores have applied for fireworks permit~
The permits are granted on the recommendation of the Fire
