II READING OF MINUTES of regular meeting of June 15, 1956 - approved
as read.
II COMMUNICATIONS
A. Written
1. Santa Clara County Planning Commission
- Agenda for 7/5/56
- Boundaries Commission advices
2. A letter from John Cone of Tri-County Planning Commission
requesting Cupertino representation.
3. Hermsmeyer application considered - The Cupertino Planning
Commission was agreeable to Hermsmeyer's plans.
B. Oral
1. Cupertino Union Church - Inquiry on setbacks:
The Commission felt that a 401 setback was acceptable.
2. Texaco Service Station - Inquiry on street improvements,
etc.:
Chairman Leonard read a letter addressed to the City
Council advising that Body of the Planning Commission
action and recommendation. The Attorney was asked to
consider the street paving, and sewering contribution
possibilities and report on the possible advantages or
disadvantages of various conditions.
). Residents on McClellan - Inquiry on chicken operations:
The inquiry was of an informal nature and no action was
taken.
IV Further discussion of possible sewer line routes under discussion
by Cupertino Sanitary District. Related storm drains.
Chairman Leonard noted that F.H.A. Loans would not be
granted in the future on homes whose storm drainage flows
into Calabazas Creek.
V Further discussion of possible Subdivision Ordinance:
Postponed until new developments of the Sanitary District
are known.
VI Preliminary discussion of possible recreational areas:
A short discussion on possible sites for a Little League
Baseball Park.
