IV UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Setbacks on Texaco Station - Hiway 9 & Homestea~
The question raised by Mr. Bodkin, the Superintendent for Lang
Construction Company, was tabled in the absence of two members
of the Commission. It was noted that the County Master Plan
called for a 120' right-of-way on Hiway 9 and 100' on Homestead
Road, The difficulty arose because the State encoachment
permit issued to Texaco called for curbs at the State property
line while the original plans showed a 30' setback, Bodkin was
willing to place the curbs at either place, but wanted the City
to decide.
V NEW BUSINESS

The question of grade at this particular corner was raised by
Commissioner Bell, but Eldridge felt that the slope would not
substantially interfere with the operation. He granted that
some fill would be necessary.

ïõ401 N. Hiway 9:
