At 7:03pm, Chair Kumarappan called the meeting to order at Cupe1iino Librmy, 10800 Torre Ave,
Cupertino in the Story Room.

Commissioner Grymes motioned to approve the draft minutes as submitted and Conmiissioner Wo
seconded. Motion passed.

Cupertino User Survey Results & Actions
The Cupe1iino Library staff provided updates on the following items:
Increases library seating, the wayfinding project (scheduled for late December/early Janumy),
and the weekend pro gra ms from Sept to Dec (about 1737 attendees)
NEW BUSINESS
Poet Laureate Reception -January 2018
Enhance ce1iificate for Poet Laureate outgoing gift.

o December 1 -Tree Lighting at 6pm at the Quinlan Community Center
o Decemb er 2 -Breakfast with Santa
o December 8 -"A Very Merry Movie" Movie in the Park from 5:30pm to
7:30pm, featuring "Home Alone" at Creekside Park
