OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING
THE 2016-17 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION
REPORT (CAPER)
WHEREAS, the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 provides that
funds be made available for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino is required to submit a CDBG Consolidated
Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for review and approval; and
NOW, THEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino makes the
certifications required by 24 CPR Sections 91.225 and 570.303 as contained in the CDBG
Annual Action Plan for fiscal year 2016-17; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Housing Commission of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the 2016-1 7 CDBG CAPER; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Housing Commission of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the submission of the 2016-17 CDBG CAPER to HUD; and
PASS ED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Housing Commission of the City of
Cupertino on this 14th day of September 2017 by the following vote:
