Mr. Worcester, Varian AssoCiates The list of words, Mr. Leonard had presented at the second session to be considered for inclusion in the definition section was discussed briefly. It was felt that some of these warranted a separate defini- tion while an indication of the page in the Ordinance where the term is discussed would be sufficient for the others. , SECTION 4. A - AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT Sec. 4.3 e Delete everything after the word "facilities" 1n the second line of this subsection. Sec. 4.5 c, d & e After discussion of the ram1:f'ications of such requirements, it was decided to consider these subsect~ons further. Sec. 4.6 a Enclose the words "except domestic pets in household numbers" in parenthesis. First and second lines. SECTION 5. 0 - S OPEN SPACE DISTRICT Sec. 5.3 a Shall read as follows: Public and quasi-public uses and buildings of a recreational,edu- cational,cultural, or pUblic service type, including country clubs, golf courses, swimming pools, parks, public and private schools, day camps, arboretums, and the like, but not including corporation or re- pair yards and warehouses. Sec. 5.5 a In the eighth line, insert the words "on subject property" between the words "density" and "that". The last line shall read as follows: "for the subject area on the General Plan, in any case not to exceed 4 dwelling units per acre". Sec. 5.5 d It was decided to consider this subsection further before designating the responsible person or group and the advisabil- ity of including the 6 foot minimum. Sec. 5.5 e The last two lines shall read as follows: "are no exterior openings on the sides on which such dwellings are integrally attached" . Sec. 5.5 f The responsible person or group will probably be the same as finally designated in section 5.5 d. SECTION 6 R - 1 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT Sec. 6.2 b This item to be removed from Section 6.2 and placed in Section ó.3. When reviewing the use permit procedure, it may be pos- sible to delegate to the staff authority to approve certain use permits in this category. Sec.' 6.5 a In the last line, change "5000" to "6000". Sec. 6.5 b Change "65" to "70". Sec. 6.5 c In second line, change "20 feet" to "48%". Sec. 6.2_~. Change "48%" to "20 feet". Sec. 6.5 e Shall read as follows: "Side yard: minimum of 5' on one side and II' on the other side. Buildings at least two stories or over; single family semi-detached: none except between groups, then as specified in Sec. 24.
