ATTENDANCE
Chair Herrick called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. In addition to Chair Herrick. The
following Committee members were present: Greenstein, Ng. The following Committee
members were absent: Klein and Walton. Two Committee vacancies. Staff present: Chong.
Public present: Joseph Stern and David Simons.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - December 21,2000
Motion by Greenstein, second by Ng, the Committee approved the minutes.

Report
Chong presented his report.
5. Bikes Belong Coalition Grant
Staff continues to prepare the grant application.
6. Committee Vacancy
Motion by Ng, second by Greenstein, the Committee recommended to City Council to appoint
Joseph Stern to the Committee.
Underwood has resigned from the Committee, effective December 19, 2000.
7. Regnart Creek Trail
Staff will gather more data.
8. Subcommittee Assignments
Committee formed a new subcommittee for the Regnart Creek Trail. Herrick will lead it.
9. Election of Officers for Year 2001
Committee tabled this item for the next meeting.
10. Year 2001 Goals and Objectives
Committee tabled this item for the next meeting.
