CALL TO ORDER:
Chair Harvey Barnett called the regular meeting of the Cupertino Housing Commission to order at 9:05 a.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
1. Subject:February 11,2016 regular Housing Con�unission minutes.
Recommended Action:Approve the February 11,2016 Housing Commission meeting minutes.
Commissioner Shirley Chu made a motion to approve the Housing Commission February 11, 2016 regular
meefing minutes as submitted by staff. Chair Harvey Barnett seconded the motion. The motion passed by a
' final vote of 3-0.

LZecommended Action:Receive BMR Update from West Valley Community Services.
Chair Harvey Barnett asked West Valley Community Services staff to provide a BNIlZ Update to the Housing
Coininission. The Housing Commission received the SMIZ Update from West Valley Community Services.
This was a non-action item.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
3. Subject: 2016-17 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Annual Action Plan and
2016-17 CDBG, General Fund Human Service Grants (HSG) Program and Below Market-Rate (BMR)
Affordable�Housing Fund(AH�)funding allocations.
Recommended Action: Conduct Public Hearing;and
1. Adopt Resolution No. 16-02; recommending approval of the 2016-17 CDBG Annual Action
Plan and 2016-17 CDBG, HSG and BNIlZ AHF recommended funding allocafions to the City
Council for final adoption.
Coinmissioner Shirley Chu made a motion to approve Resolution No. 16-02 recommending approval of the
FY 2016-17 CDBG Annual Action Plan and 2016-17 CDBG, HSG and BMR AHF recommended funding -
allocations to the City Council for final adoption. Chair Harvey Barnett seconded the motion. The motion
passed by a final vote of 3-0.
