current (doesn't match the ASA- 2012 -07 exhibit).
Site Plan has been revised on Sheet FA1.00
10. All backflow preventers for water services should be located away from the public
right of way and site driveways. Locations should be approved by Cupertino
Planning Department, Santa Clara Fire Department and CALWATER.
Refer to Sheet FA1.00 for revised locations of backflow preventers.

1. On this submittal, the "Type of Construction" of the building was changed to "II -B',
from the "III -B" indicated on the previous submittal (Sheet A0.01). Please refer to the
comments that follow.
Refer to Sheet A0.01 for revised allowable area calculations.
2. On "Allowable Area Calculations" on the sheet A0.01, "W" (Width of public way or
open space) is noted as 60 and a note referring to the exception for "Unlimited Area
Building" complying with CBC #507 is also shown. However, the use of a value of
W =60, as well as, the exception to CBC #506.2.1 do not apply to this project. (This
building is not an "Unlimited Area Building ", surrounded and adjoined by public ways
or yards not less than 60 feet in width, as required under CBC #507.3, nor having a
reduced open space, surrounded by 60 feet yards, but having one side of the building
with a yard of not less than 40 feet in width, as required under CBC #507.5. This

"Allowable Area Calculations" showing a "Detailed calculation" for "W" (weighted
