the request for a 24 hour operation at two of the three AR'.D stations. AROO was in oanplete agreement with recommerded securit.'y measure...:;; these :measures have already been implemented.
With reqa.rd to the re:::ammen1ed denial of a 24 boor operation on Item 3, he noted that the adjacent prq;erty had not been developed a."l:i requested a
te.rrq:xJrary use permit for a 24 hour operation until such time as the property was devr:.loped. He cited the State Business/Profession Code which allows oil companies to m:m::late 24 hour operation if t.he station w::;i,s within one-half mile of a state highway, and roted the exceptions contained. in this law.
With reycird to Item 4, he requested that the hours Of operation be 6 A.M. to 11 P.M. or 6 A.M. to 10 P.M. It.em 5, all recommendations a.-xl con::litions were acceptable. In response to questions, he stated that ARCO
leases prohibited sale of unrelatOO items; Mr. Perry un::lerst.ood that there was a clause that prohi.bite:l ~s sales of unrelated activities at 01.evron stations as well. He had no objection to a specified restriction of such activities. C.an. Adams ~ested that in
