CALL TO ORDER: Chair Shirley Chu called the regular meeting of the Cupertino Housing Commission to order at 9:25 a.m. ROLL CALL: Chair Shirley Chu conducted the roll call. Subject: Approve the August 13, 2015 regular Housing Commission minutes. Recommended Action: Approve August 13, 2015 Housing Commission meeting minutes. Subject: Below Market-Rate (BMR) Administrative Manual Recommended Action: Approve Resolution No. 15-05 recommending approval of amendments to the Policy and Procedures Manual for Administering Deed Restricted Affordable Housing Units. Chair Shirley Chu made a motion to approve Resolution No. 15-05 recommending approval of amendments to the Policy and Procedures Manual for Administering Deed Restricted Affordable Housing Units.
