The Special Meeting of the Cupertino Housing Commission was called to order at 6:06 p.m.
by Chair Krista Wilson.

Approve the special Housing Commission February 24, 2014 minutes as submitted by staff.

Update
Housing Commission received a verbal update from staff regarding the status of the
Community Development Block Grant (CDB(i) Program 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan. Staff

4. Community Development Block Grant (C]D,BG) Program Rehabilitation Loan For 10526
Sterling Boulevard
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Housing Commission conduct a public hearing; and
1. Forward Housing Commission's recommendation regarding a CDBG rehabilitation loan
extension request from the borrower located at 10526 Sterling Boulevard to City Council
for final approval.

5.c Study Session To Review Housing Plan Section (Goals, Policies and Programs) of the 2014-
2022 Housing Element
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Housing Commission accept the reports on Accomplishments on
2007 - 2014 Housing Element and provide direction on the potential revisions to Goals and
Policies for the 2014-2022 Housing Element.
Housing Commission accepted the reports on Accomplishments regarding the 2007-2014
Housing Element and received a presentation from staff and Housing Element consultant
regarding the draft 2014-2022 Housing Element Plan Section (Goals, Policies and Programs).
The Housing Commission did not have any further changes or comments to the draft 2014-
2022 Housing Element Plan Section (Goals, Policies, and Programs). Staff will present the
draft 2014-2022 Housing Element Plan Section (Goals, Policies and Programs) to the Planning
Commission and City Council.
