BQ Ordinance The Assistant Planner said the staff, is currently stedying .the study possibility of amending the BQ Crdinance to delete the. BQ, zoning, requirement to operate day care centers. The staff h<s• tentatively determined that the rezoning procedure is much too rigid for day care ce:.ters, due to the permanence of zone changes and the high turnover rate of operators of this type of business. • It is felt that use permit control of day care centers in existing zoned districts is more appropriate.
