Colored slides and drawings of the Town Center, actual and: pro-' - posed, were displayed on the bulletin board, as well as a ross section of the Town Center to help envision how the multi-story,: , . .' y building would fit in with existing buildings. The Planning Director said a Use Permit was granted in March', 1965' for the "Cupertino Professional Center" with a maximum height of structures to be 25 feet, and a parking ratio of one space for each 180 square feet of building. However, an overall "Town' Center Plan" indicated numerous structures were to be six stories, in height. He felt this would be far enough away from the residential area so there would be no invasiori 'of ” privacy -- and further, that it will only tend to increase their property value. :'. . Mr. R. D.
