1. Aligning with City Council Work plan
Continued to a subsequent meeting
2. Health & Safety Fair
Health & Safety Fair will be held Saturday, August 25, from about 10 am to 3 pm
3. Community Survey
The Community Survey will be offered to attendees of the Health & Safety Fair. Subsequently,
the City's web coordinator will place the survey on the City's website
4. Radar & Speed Limit Signs
Stationary radar speed indicator signs funded by a TSCN grant have been installed on Pacifica
Drive and Portal Avenue. The installations should be active by August 18

5. Tri-School Project
Discussion with Mayor Kris Wang

Commissioners voted to support the concept of a school shuttle in the Tri-School area during
school commute hours, as described by Mayor Kris Wang
REPORTS
Santa Clara County Fire District
Battalion Chief Orbrad Darbro noted that there has been a lower level of fire suppression activity
recently, but that the experts are predicting that the outdoor fire season will be record setting.
Santa Clara County Sheriff
Captain Terry Calderone went over the Sheriff's activity report.
