MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS-
December S, zoo? and December i9, zoo7 Lee motioned to approve the minutes. Kundargi seconds.

NEW BUSINESS
a) Cupertino Library Foundation -The Foundation plans to attend the January 3o`h meeting.
b) Big Bunny Fun Run- Staff gave the Commission about the upcoming event.
OLD BUSINESS
a) Music in the Plaza -The Commission discussed the upcoming event and created some deadlines
for finding bands, a sound technician and staging.
b) High School Dance- The Commission discussed possible dates and themes for the event. Lee
motioned to hold the dance on March 7, zoo8 in the place of the already scheduled middle school
dance. Sreepathy seconds. Motion passes. It was also decided that the theme would be "Go
Green"
c) Teen Lounge Nights -The Commission talked about their plans for their second lounge night,
scheduled for Friday, February t5`h.
