Kundargi seconds. Motion passes. COMMUNICATIONS a) Oral- b) Written- NEW BUSINESS a) Intergenerational Event with Senior Commission -Staff reminded the Commission that they would be meeting with the Senior Commission on Wednesday, December 5`h at 4pm. b) Music in the Plaza -The Commission discussed possible dates for the event. Vora motioned to hold the event on May 3, zoo8. Menon seconds. Motion passes. c) High School Dance- The Commission discussed possible dates for the event. Pommier motioned to hold the event on February r, zoo8. Somasundaram seconds. Motion passes. d) Teen Lounge Nights -The Commission talked about their plans for their first lounge night, scheduled for Friday, December zIs`. e) Teen Center Tutoring Program -Staff updated the Commission on the progress of this program. f) Teen Giving Tree -Staff presented the idea of working with Cupertino Community Services on this project. Murag motioned to donated all of the collected items to CCS. Menon seconds. Motions passes. g) Secret Santa -The Commission will do a secret Santa gift exchange on December iq`h.
