Restaurants, hood fire extinguishing systems operating and tested. 4. PLANNING: a. Required landscaping and irrigation system installed. b. Paved parking, trash enclosures, exterior light fixtures, etc. c. Documents (CC & Rs, easements, etc.) 5. HEALTH: All food handling facilities must meet the requirements of the Santa Clara County Health Department.
