REGARDING TREE REMOVAL AT BLACK BERRY FARM

No trees shall be removed without obtaining public input regarding the remaining trees
at Blackberry Farm and trees that will be removed as part of the Stevens Creek Corridor
Park restoration. For trees that have already been determined to be removed, the
stumps should not be ground down until after the Council is finished with the Stevens
Creek Corridor Restoration project.
If the Public Works Director determines that trees need to be removed for emergency
situations, a retroactive tree removal permit shall be filed with the Director of
Community Development, with a referral to the Planning Commission.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
