Reso 6410 1 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 I RESOLUTION NO. 6410 (MINUTE ORDER) OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADDRESS GENERAL PLAN � POLICY 2-42: REVENUE ANALYSIS OF OFFICE DEVELOPMENTS � General Plan policy 2-42: Revenue Analysis of Office Developments states: In reviewing office development proposals, encourage office uses and activities that generate significant revenues to the City, such as local sales offices, capturing the point of sale internet transactions and business to business tax revenues. New office development exceeding 50,000 square feet shall be approved only if one of these or similar benefits are provided. The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council address this policy by creating an enforcement mechanism so that it can be applied to all relevant development proposals.
