OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING
MODIFICATIONS TO THE EAST AND WEST ELEVATIONS OF BUILDING FOUR AT
RESULTS WAY CORPORATE PARK
SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION

SECTION II: FINDINGS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for
Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds:
1) The proposal, at the proposed location, will not be detrimental or injurious to property or
improvements in the vicinity, and will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, general
welfare, or convenience;
2) The proposal is consistent with the purposes of the General Plan and zoning ordinance of the
City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of exhibits, facts and testimony submitted in this matter, the
application 17-ASA-99 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions which are enumerated in this
Resolution beginning on Page 2 thereof; and
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based
and contained in the public hearing record concerning application 17-ASA-99 as set forth in the
Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of October 25, 1999, and are incorporated by reference
herein.
SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT.
l. APPROVED EXHIBITS
Approval is based on the plan set entitled "Grosvenor: Building 4" submitted as part of this
application, except as may be amended by the conditions contained in this resolution.

2. PROJECT SCOPE
This project includes exterior modifications of Building 4 and related landscaping. This project
does not include any modifications to the square footage space in Building 4. Any such
redistribution of office space will require a subsequent application.
3. LANDSCAPING
The gaps in the tree-line along the westerly property line will be planted with 15 gallon Coast
Redwood trees prior to the issuance of building permits.
A landscaped strip will be provided along the westerly edge of Building 4. A scaled and detailed
landscaping plan shall be submitted prior to the issuance of building permits, which will show the
location and species of all new landscaping that will be provided as part of this application, as well
as demonstrating compliance with the requirements of the Xeriscape Landscaping Ordinance, to the
satisfaction of the Director of Community Development.

Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
